Well, he’s been fired. It took six months because they wanted to conduct a “thorough investigation.”

In NYC, they’ve started advertising Henry Louis Gates’ newest PBS series “Faces in America” on some of the subway lines. I hope they’re pushing it on public transit in Boston as well.
