So you’re at the bank closing on an auto loan. You’re talking with loan officers and using your cell phone. But a bank teller calls the police and says you are acting suspiciously. You’re using your cell phone constantly and wearing sunglasses. And you have a gun!

That’s what happened to Derrill Ewans, Camille Lewis, Nithya Saravanan and Saravanan Rathinasabapathy.

Except surveillance video shows that you weren’t wearing sunglasses. And you have no gun, but the police keep asking you, “Where’s the gun? Where’s the gun?”
