		<description>For what it is worth, I have lurked and read through the archives. I think the Racism 101 post is fabulous in that it gives me something to think about everyday and then look at my own past and future actions in a more critical light. I have also been clicking through your links and those of others. I don't tend to say much about what I am learning because I really don't want to be seen as "begging for a cookie." Unpacking my own internalized racism is hideously challenging, and there are many days when it's a struggle to look into the mirror that is this blog and others in reflecting the impact of racism in and from the dominant culture.  But I do it anyway, because if I don't, I couldn't look at myself in my own mirror either.  Pink</description>
