The available womb

For a long time, this tee-shirt image really pissed me off. And it took me a while to figure out why.

China is not one big available womb for childless people! Chinese people are not the only ones who abandon their children. And adoption is not the same as pregnancy, and choices made for adoptive children might need to be different from choices made for biological children. And even though I’ve (mostly) figured out why this image pisses me off, I don’t feel any less angry.  Just don’t do it.
